Zoom Morning Blasts
Join me 3 x times a week live on Zoom at 6.30am. Yoga is the BEST way to start the day. It keeps you physically well and helps to balance your emotions. Morning Blasts gives you the routine, keeps your body moving regularly, helps keep the mind calm and focused and ALWAYS make you feel better.
All classes are recorded and placed on a private YouTube Playlist which will remain live for the whole block, which means you can either catch up or repeat any classes anytime.
Six Blocks a year of classes
Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays @6.30am for 20minutes
Block costs – Depending on length of block but works out at £8 per week
