Bryony’s Yoga

Bryony’s classes fuse ancient yogic methods and spiritualism with a more modern and scientific approach. She combines elements of power yoga with vinyasa flow to create a style that is unashamedly Bryony. Most importantly, her classes are fun. Great tunes help keep everyone going until the much enjoyed savasana at the end.

As the daughter of a physiotherapist mum and doctor dad (who was also a psychotherapist), she is well-versed in the workings of the body and muscles, however she brings an element of mindfulness to every class. Each session is meticulously planned and there is always a theme. The use of aromatherapy oils at the beginning and end of each class adds another dimension to her teaching style.
